Design tion as a Class II truck route <br /> increases the allowable weight to 80,000 lbs. along with some size indreases to the truck. There are <br /> no Class I or Class III truck routes on roads controlled by the City. <br /> In reviewing the City's map and comparing it with the various truck r ute designation ordinances <br /> enacted over the years, some problems were noted and ordinances we not able to be located for <br /> some streets. The following streets have been identified as needing or inances to maintain Class II <br /> designation or as no longer needing the designation. <br /> Designate• <br /> 23rd Street between LoQan and Garfield: 23rd Street was misspelled�as 22°d Street on the 1990 <br /> ordinance. This route uses Logan Street and 23rd Street to access Garf�eld for north bound 22na <br /> Street. ' <br /> Hubbard Avenue between 27th Street and IL Route 48: This portion f the newly constructed <br /> Hubbard Avenue extension was left off the ordinance.
