On October 2 2006 the Council ado ted Ordinance NuUnber 2006-94 of the Cit > > Y P entitled: AN ORDINANCE providing far the issuance of not t� exceed a $4,500,000 Taxable General Obligation Line of Credrt i*iote, of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, to pay the �osts of the City's share of the Wabash Crossing Phase II infrastru ture costs, and providing for the security for and payment of said note. (the "Note Ordinance"). The terms as used herein are defined in the I�fote Ordinance. 2. The Note Ordinance, in accordance with delegated limit�, authorizes us to sell the Note. 3. We hereby approve sale of a $ portion of tlhe Note ("Today's Note") to National City Bank, Decatur, Illinois, at a price of par.
