� ► <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-90 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPER Y <br /> - 2071 AND 2117 EAST DAMON AVENU - <br /> - 2100 2110 2120 AND 2140 EAST PYTHIAN A ENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of September, 2006, upon due no ice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Matthew L. J ckson to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> The South 175 feet of Lot Fourteen (14), all of Lots Fifteen (1 ), Sixteen (16) and <br /> Seventeen (17), the East 40 feet of Lot Thirty-One (31) and all of Lot Thirty-Two <br /> (32), of Greenwich Gardens as per Plat recorded in Book 8 2 Page 72 of the <br /> records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois <br /> from R-2 Single Family Residence District and B-2 Commercial District to M-1 Intense <br /> Commercial-Light Industrial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommend d that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY C UNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Pl Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are ereby, rezoned from R-2 <br /> Single Family Residence District and B-2 Commercial District to M-1 ntense Commercial-Light <br /> Industrial District. <br />
