�} • I <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-89 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERT <br /> - 2143 2151 AND 2159 EAST WOOD STRE T— <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of September, 2006, upon due no 'ce, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Kevin Be tt, Ester Johnson, David <br /> Phillips and Nita Phillips to rezone premises legally described as: <br /> Lots Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18) in Block ne (1) of Moeller <br /> Pogue's Subdivision as per Plat recorded in Book 536 Page 7 of the records in <br /> the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois <br /> from B-2 Commercial District to R-3 Single Family Residence District and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommend d that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY OUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Pla Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from B-2 <br /> Commercial District to R-3 Single Family Residence District. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are th se districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, comm nly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requ rements therein set forth <br /> shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br />
