The City Plan Commission voted 7-0 to recommend <br />' approval of this petition at the September 18, 2006 hearing; the minutes of the meeting are attached. <br /> BACKGROUND: The petitioner is requesting rezoning the subject property from R-6 Multiple <br /> Dwelling District and M-1 Light Industrial District to PD Planned Development to allow for the <br /> construction of an 80 unit retirement housing facility.
