Mr. Crowe stated one of the conditions of a P is to have the City <br /> Engineer and Fire Department review the site. <br /> Mr. Nordholm questioned why there were two (2) appraisals. Mr. rowe stated if the <br /> first appraisal is over$2000 the Administrative Policy requires a s cond appraisal and the <br /> petitioner pays the city the higher appraised value.. <br /> Mr. Dave Roos was sworn in by Ms. Jesse. <br /> Mr. Roos stated he was the representative for Sterling Developme , LLC. Mr. Roos <br /> presented to the Commission drawings of the landscape plan and a so a photograph of a <br /> similar project that was just completed in Indiana by Sterling Deve opment LLC. <br /> Mr.Nordholm questioned how tenants are selected. Mr. Roos stat d the development is <br /> a 55 and older development,there are some restrictions on income. <br /> Ms. Adrienne Lynch was sworn in by Ms. Jesse. <br /> Ms. Lynch stated she was with SKS Engineering and that the traffi pattern was studied; <br /> the finding was a majority of the traffic will turn south. Mr. Ander on questioned having <br /> to cross the Lakeshore Drive exit in order to go south. Ms. Lynch tated that IDOT <br /> looked at the traffic study and did not see that it will be a problem. <br />
