William <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends selling property at 304 W. <br /> William to Dr. Kelly Clark for$2,500.00 to allow him to construct a new dental office. <br /> BACKGROUND: Dr. Kelly Clark of North Street Dental Care is interested in <br /> purchasing 304 W. William Street to construct a new dental office on the site. The City <br /> acquired the property in order to demolish the residence on the site that was a safety <br /> hazard. The property is currently unimproved. <br /> This sale has not been advertised through a 90-day process as it involves an economic <br /> development project. The future value of the property will yield significantly more <br /> revenue than the sale price.
