/Y �i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-82 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 2540 MILLIHIN PARKWAY - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of August, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Joe O'Neil, President, G & D Integrated <br /> to rezone premises legally described as: <br /> Lot Two (2) of Park 101 Industrial Park Fourteenth Addition as per plat recorded <br /> in Book 1832, page 623 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois, <br /> from M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District to M-2 Heavy Industrial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said pe- <br /> tition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from M-1 In- <br /> tense Commercial/Light Industrial District to M-2 Heavy Industrial District. <br /> Section 3.
