Dunn Elmore, re- questing that there be annexed to the City territory described as: PARCEL ONE: Part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 21, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., more particularly described as follows: Tract Two (2) of the survey recorded in Book 1792 Page 423 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. PARCEL TWO: Part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 21, Town- ship 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., more particularly described as fol- lows: Tract Three (3) as per survey recorded in Book 1792, Page 423 of the re- cords in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is con- tiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, ap- proved.
