ORDINANCE NO. 2006-75 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONSUMPTION <br /> OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR <br /> PARKING LOT NO. 4 <br /> - BLOCK'S BREWERY - <br /> WHEREAS, Block's Brewery, Inc. has planned a Concert scheduled for Sunday, <br /> September 10, 2006; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention of Block's Brewery, Inc. to offer alcoholic liquor for sale <br /> to its patrons for consumption at this event; and, <br /> WHEREAS, such consumption of alcoholic liquor in Parking Lot No. 4 bounded by West <br /> Prairie Street, North Church Street, West William Street, and North Main Street requires the <br /> express approval of the City Council; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Council finds that it would be in the best interest of Block's Brewery and <br /> of the City of Decatur that such consumption of alcoholic liquor as described be permitted for <br /> said limited time period. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That on the day listed herein, and only on such day, between the hours listed, <br /> only those alcoholic beverages listed below may be consumed in Parking Lot No. 4 bounded by <br /> West Prairie Street,North Church Street, West William Street, and North Main Street, located in <br /> downtown Decatur, said day and hours being particularly described as follows: <br /> Sunday, September 10, 2006 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Alcoholic Beverages <br />
