. � r� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-74 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 3520 GREENLAKE DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of August, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Kevin Highley to rezone premises legally <br /> described as: <br /> The north 838 feet of the east 396 feet of the west 792 feet of the Southeast <br /> Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 16 North, Range Three <br /> East of the Third Principal Meridian; situated in Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District, to PD Planned Development District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section L That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the conditions set forth in the site plan attached <br /> hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, said above described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-3 Single Family Residence District to PD, Planned Development <br /> District. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth <br /> shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br />
