. � <br /> � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-72 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> - 2550 NORTH WOODFORD STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of August, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Decatur Auto Parts for a conditional use <br /> permit under the provisions of Section XXII.A.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the operation <br /> of an automotive storage yard on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally de- <br /> scribed as follows: <br /> A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section One (1), <br /> Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., more particu- <br /> larly described as follows: beginning at a point on the east line of North Wood- <br /> ford Street, said point being 455.50 feet north of the southwest corner of the said <br /> Northwest Quarter of Section 1 and 30.00 feet east of the west line of said North- <br /> west Quarter of Section 1; thence North 88 degrees 41 minutes 47 seconds East <br /> (assumed bearing) 220.00 feet along a line which is parallel to the south line of <br /> the said Northwest Quarter of Section 1, to the place of beginning; thence North <br /> 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 207.40 feet along a line parallel to the <br /> east line of North Woodford Street; thence North 88 degrees 41 minutes 47 sec- <br /> onds East, 712.03 feet to a point on the west line of the Illinois Central Gulf Rail- <br /> road right-of-way; thence South 38 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds West, 227.97 <br /> feet along said west railroad right-of-way line; thence South 51 degrees 11 min- <br /> utes 20 seconds East, 20.00 feet along said railroad right-of-way line; thence <br /> South 38 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds West, 26.29 feet to the southeast corner <br /> of the property; thence South 88 degrees 41 minutes 47 seconds West, 568.24 feet <br /> along the south line of the property, said line being parallel to the south line of <br /> said Northwest Quarter of Section 1 to the place of beginning. AND <br /> A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township <br /> Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., more particularly de- <br /> scribed as follows: beginning at a point 157.3 feet north and 30 feet east of the <br /> southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 1; thence north 300 <br /> feet; thence east 791.1 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of the Illinois Central <br /> Railroad; thence southwesterly 166.8 feet along said westerly right-of-way line to <br /> its intersection of the westerly right-of-way line granted in deed recorded in Book <br /> 642, Page 112 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br />
