,• o� ORDINANCE NO. 2006-71 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTIES - 2901 WASSON WAY - - 500 SOUTH 27th STREET - WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of August, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Glad Tidings Assembly of God to rezone premises legally described as: Parcel 1: Lot One (1) of Illinois Power Company Addition as per plat recorded in Book 300, Page 203 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; EXCEPT beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot One (1) of Illinois Power Company Addition; thence North 39 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds East 194.71 feet along the west line of said Lot One (1) to a point of intersection of the east right of way line of South 27th Street; thence South 36 degrees 33 minutes 43 seconds West 187.85 feet to a point on the south line of said Lot One (1); thence North 88 degrees 52 minutes 15 seconds West 11.45 feet on the south line to the point of beginning. Parcel2: Lot Thirteen (13) in Block Three (3) of Sylvan Shores as per plat recorded in Book 745, Page 248 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois.
