• 1 j <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-63 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 435 EAST ASH AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6`" day of July, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Kent Pope to rezone premises legally <br /> described as: <br /> Lot One (1) of Land of Lincoln Credit Union Addition as per plat recorded in <br /> Book 1832, page 800 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District, to PD Planned Development District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the conditions set forth in the site plan attached <br /> hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, said above described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residence District to PD, Planned Development <br /> District <br />
