� 8 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-62 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1909 SOUTH TAYLORVILLE ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Com- <br /> mission held a public hearing upon the petition of Bold Machine Works, Inc. to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township <br /> 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. Macon County, Illinois, lying between the <br /> southeasterly right-of-way line of the Wabash (now Norfolk and Western) Rail- <br /> road and the northwesterly right-of-way line of SBI Route 48 and more particu- <br /> larly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot Three (3) of a Survey for Mrs. R. E. <br /> Phillips as per plat recorded in Book 335, Page 391 of the records in the Re- <br /> corder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence southerly 205.69 feet (203.72 <br /> feet recorded) to a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of SBI Route 48, <br /> said point being 15.0 feet northeasterly of the intersection of said northwesterly <br /> right-of-way line of SBI Route 48 and the west line of said Lot Three (3) as <br /> measured along said right-of-way line; thence southwesterly along the said <br /> northwesterly right-of-way line of SBI Route 48, a distance of 90.22 feet (90 feet <br /> recorded); thence northwesterly 131.40 feet (131.55 feet recorded), to a point on <br /> the southeasterly right-of-way line of said Norfolk and Western Railroad, said <br /> point being 202.0 feet (201.8 feet recorded) southwesterly of the point of begin- <br /> ning as measured along said southeasterly railroad right-of-way line; thence <br /> northeasterly along said railroad right-of-way line 202.0 feet (201.8 feet recorded) <br /> to the point of beginning and containing in a110.48 acres more or less, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District; <br /> and, <br />
