<br /> chiefs, police personnel above the rank of sergeant, division managers,
<br /> administrative secretaxies, members of the Legal Department, Director of the
<br /> Abraham Lincoln Heritage Project, Personnel Specialists, Training Officer,
<br /> Human Relations Specialists, Systems Administrator, Senior Systems Analyst,
<br /> Systems Analyst, Auditor, Risk Management Assistant, Water Customer Service
<br /> �ervisor, Street and Sewer Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant City Engineer,
<br /> Civil Engineer I, Civil Engineer II, Fleet Supervisor, Water Production
<br /> Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Technician Supervisor, CAD System
