� , r , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-56 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1726 WEST ROCK SPRINGS ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of June, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Com- <br />, mission held a public hearing upon the petition of Gary Jasper to rezone premises described as: <br />, A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township <br /> Sixteen (16) North, Range Two East of the Third P.M., more particularly de- <br /> scribed as: <br /> Beginning at a point 265.14 feet east of the southwest corner of the Southeast <br /> Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 16 North, Range Two <br /> East of the Third P.M.; thence north parallel with the west line of the Southeast <br /> Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, a distance of 193.94 feet to the <br /> southerly right of way line of S.B.I. Route 48; thence southwesterly along said <br /> southerly right of way line of S.B.I. Route 48, a distance of 112 feet; thence <br /> southeasterly in a straight line to a point lying in a line parallel to and 30 feet <br /> north of the south line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Sec- <br /> tion 21, said point lying 144.42 feet east of the intersection of said line with <br /> southerly right of way line of S.B.I. Route 48; thence west along said line a dis- <br /> tance of seven (7) feet to a point; thence southeasterly a distance of 37.72 feet to a <br /> point on the south line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said <br /> Section 21, said point being 218.29 feet east of the southwest corner of the South- <br /> east Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21; thence east along said south <br /> line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21 a distance of <br /> 46.85 feet to the point of beginning all being situated in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> (Parcel ID #12-21-379-017) <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial District, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said pe- <br /> tition be granted. <br />
