Situated in Macon <br /> County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such territory and that no electors reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City <br /> and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipal- <br /> ity; and, <br />
