Section 2. That those portions of public rights-of-way at, in, or on which the above <br /> named alcoholic liquor may be consumed, on the day and during the hours listed in Section 1 <br /> hereof, are described as follows: <br /> Central Park; <br /> North Park Street between North Franklin and North Water Streets; <br /> South Park Street between North Franklin and North Water Streets; <br /> North Water Street between East Wood and East North Streets; <br /> East Prairie Street between the alley west of Demirco and North Water Street; <br /> East William Street between North Main and State Streets; <br /> East Main Street between the alley west of Pastabilities and North Franklin Street; <br /> State Street between East Wood and East Main Streets; and <br /> City Parking Lot No. 5. <br /> Section 3. That no alcoholic beverage may be consumed as provided herein unless such <br /> alcoholic beverage is in a plastic or paper cup. <br /> Section 4.
