That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, ap- <br /> proved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public high- <br /> ways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a munici- <br /> pal corporation. <br /> Section 3. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached hereto and hereby made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 4.
