. . <br /> FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> #2006 - 19 <br /> April 12, 2006 <br /> MEMO TO: The Honorable Mayor and City Council Members <br /> FROM: Steve Ga City Manager <br /> Ron E. d, Director of Financial Management <br /> SUBJECT: Supplemental Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2005-2 06 <br /> Attached are eleven supplemental appropriations for fiscal year 2005-2006, for funding <br /> received or required after the passage of the Appropriation Ordinance, approved July 18, 2005. <br /> End of year supplemental appropriations are necessary to take care of the many issues that <br /> cannot be forseen. <br /> Non-Departmental — Fund 10 - This supplemental appropriates an additional $1,000,000 <br /> to the Equipment Replacement Fund to partially make up for reduced funding in fiscal <br /> years 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005. Also, $200,000 is necessary for the fire truck that <br /> City Council authorized last summer. <br /> Wabash Crossing — Fund 16 — To appropriate the balance of the funds carried over from <br /> the previous fiscal year. (Does not increase the $10,300,000 limit the City Council has <br /> put on the Wabash Project). <br /> Olde Towne TIF — Fund 19 — To appropriate the additional property tax and transfer <br /> funds to repay the Planning Fund. Money was borrowed from Planning to pay early TIF <br /> expenses. <br /> SE Plaza TIF — Fund 20 — To appropriate additional property taxes transferred to the <br /> developer. <br /> Justice Administration Grant — Fund 39 — To appropriate grant funds for eligible <br /> expenditures within the grant. <br /> Letter of Credit Capital Projects — Fund 47 — To appropriate the loan funds for West <br /> Main Street projects. <br />
