� t ORDINANCE NO. 2006-29 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR FISCAL YEAR MAY 1,2005 THROUGH APRIL 30,2006 NON-DEPARTMENTAL—GENERAL FUND 10 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006, certain additional revenue not available and not then anticipated to be available when said annual Appropriation Ordinance was adopted has been made available ar is anticipated to become available by higher revenues and lower expenditures; and WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not in excess of the aggregate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual Appropriation Ordinance as aforesaid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the following sums be, and they are hereby appropriated in the Non- Departmental Budget in the General Fund — Fund 10, for the corporate purposes, expenses, and lawful charges of the City for the fiscal year May 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006, said sums to be provided for as aforesaid: Transfer to Equipment Replacement Fund $1,000,000
