CHAPTER 60 <br /> ADDITIONS AND '-`rT �TT^�.T`' <br /> 11. REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF TAXI LICENSES. Taxi <br /> licenses may be revoked or suspended by the City Manager or his designee for <br /> violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter or for violation of any Citv of <br /> Decatur, state or federal re�ulations or laws either on the part of the owner of said <br /> taxicab or his employees. For every suspension or revocation of a taxi license, the <br /> City Manager or his designee shall issue a written notice, which shall be mailed <br />' via first class mail to the last known address of the owner, stating briefly the basis <br /> for the suspension or revocation, the effective date of the suspension or <br /> revocation, the duration of the suspension or revocation, and a notice, stating that, <br /> upon written request, filed with the City Clerk within ten (10) days of the date of <br /> the notice of suspension or revocation, for any suspension or revocation of taxi <br /> license exceeding three days duration, said suspension or revocation shall be <br /> appealable to the City Council. <br />
