After the property is subdivided the petitioner plans to construct a single family residence I <br /> which will be in harmony with the neighborhood. <br /> 9. It appears that rezoning the property to R-2 Single Family Residence District is logical and ' <br /> will not have a negative impact on the surrounding area. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> 10. Staff recommends approval of the request for rezoning. <br /> PLAN COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 1 l. Section XXIX requires the Plan Commission to hold a public hearing on the rezoning request <br /> and then forward its report and recommendation to the city council for final approval.
