Class E, Class F, Class G, Class I, Class J or Class K licenses. Issuance of Class <br /> H licenses is limited to 1. Issuance of Class L licenses is limited to three (3). <br /> Section 17. HOURS. No person shall sell, deliver or consume alcoholic <br /> liquor, and no licensee shall permit the same, on or in the premises licensed here- <br /> under with a Class A, B, C, D, E, F, G, I, J, K or L license between 2:00 A.M. and <br /> 6:00 A.M. on Mondays through Saturdays or between 2:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. <br /> on Sundays except that alcoholic liquor may be sold or consumed until 3:00 A.M. <br /> on January 1, each year. No person shall sell, deliver or consume alcoholic liq- <br /> uor, and no licensee shall permit the same, on or in any premises licensed here- <br /> under with a Class H license before 10:00 A.M. or after 11:00 P.M. on any day. <br /> Section 3.
