That Chapter 38 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, modified and amended, so that as modified and amended said Chapter 38 shall <br /> provide as shown on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2.
