� � ' { . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2006-08 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 2555 NORTH BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of February, 2006, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of NSR Technologies, Inc. to rezone prem- <br /> ises described as: <br /> A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section Six (6), Township Sixteen (16) North, <br /> Range Three (3) East of the Third Principal Meridian, said part more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the south line of the said Northeast Quarter of <br /> Section 6 and the west right of way line of the Canadian National Illinois Central <br /> Railroad, said point being 80.00 feet west of the southeast corner of the said <br /> Northeast Quarter of Section 6; thence north along the west right of way line of <br /> said Canadian National Illinois Central Railroad, 85.00 feet to the point of begin- <br /> ning; thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 33 seconds West (Assumed Bearing) <br /> along a line which is parallel to the said south line of the Northeast Quarter of <br /> Section 6, 810.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 06 minutes 53 seconds East, <br /> 300.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 33 seconds East, 730.00 feet; <br /> thence North 45 degrees O1 minutes 13 seconds East, 113.32 feet to a point on the <br /> said west right of way line of the Canadian National Illinois Central Railroad; <br /> thence South 00 degrees 06 minutes 53 seconds West along the said west right of <br /> way line of the Canadian National Illinois Central Railroad, 380.00 feet to the � <br /> point of beginning, containing 5.65 acres more or less, situated in Macon County, <br /> from M-1, Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District to M-2, Heavy Industrial District; and, <br />
