ORDINANCE NO. 2006-04 ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE - Macon County Eye Center, TCR Svstems, LLC, NSR Technologies - BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1: That Ordinance No. 82-122, as amended, passed on the 29`h day of December, 1982 be, and the same is hereby, further amended at Exhibit A thereof by adding to the end of said Exhibit the following: ' ALSO (Amendment 27) Parcel 1 — From a point beginning at the southeast corner of 646 West Pershing Road, all of Mahnke addition Lot 2 as described in the plat of property as filed with the County of Macon and City of Decatur and; Parcel2 — From a point beginning at the northernmost Enterprise Zone boundary located on the public right of way at Brush College Road thence north along the public right of way approximately 3900 feet to the intersection point of the following parcel: Whitmore Township, Section 20, Township 17, Range 3E, 1.011 Acres; North 335 ft, East 397.94 ft, South 330.7 ft, West 312.28 ft, Cul de Sac 60 degree radius 170.44 ft of Lot (1) of HSH Industrial Park, Macon County, Illinois as per plat recorded in Book 1382, at Page 118 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois PIN #18-08-20-301-0 l 1.
