All pit piping shall be abrasive blast cleaned to a "Commercial" finish, removing <br /> all existing paint, rust, dirt, mill scale, and foreign matter by the recommended <br /> methods outlined in the Society for Protective Coatings Specification, SSPGSP <br /> No.6. <br /> b. After abrasive cleaning, all surfaces shall be cleaned of any dust residue or foreign <br /> debris. <br /> c.
