f. Safeguard the DISTRICT against defects and deficiencies on the part of the <br /> contractor, but the ENGINEER does not guarantee the performance of the <br /> contract by the contractor. <br /> g. Conduct final inspection of construction and prepare final papers and reports. <br /> h. Revise contract drawings to show location and nature of improvement as actually <br /> constructed and supply "as built" drawings consisting of an electronic file copy <br /> and one set of paper prints to the DISTRICT based on record field drawings <br /> maintained by the DISTRICT. <br /> i. Check all shop and working drawings. <br /> j. Review and check all reports by testing laboratories on equipment and material <br /> tested. <br /> 2. Resident Inspection -Resident Inspection shall not be provided. <br /> 3. Insurance Requirements <br /> The ENGINEER shall procure and maintain, at its expense, insurance of the types and in <br /> the minimum amounts stated below: <br /> a. Workman's Compensation Insurance in full compliance with the Workman's <br /> Compensation Act and Employers Liability coverage of not less than as defined <br /> by Illinois State Statutes. <br /> b. Comprehensive General Liability <br /> Bodily Injury $250,000/500,000 each occurrence <br /> Property Damage $250,000 each occurrence or <br /> $500,000 Single Limit Liability <br /> c. Comprehensive Automobile Liability <br /> Bodily Injury $250,000 single per occurrence <br /> Including Death $500,000 two or more,per occurrence <br /> Property Damage $100,000 each occurrence <br /> d, Architects &Engineers <br /> Professional Liability $1,000,000 <br /> e.
