` Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement <br /> K-Mart Pump Station Replacement <br /> 3. CONSTRUCTION TIME <br /> 'The K-Mart Pump Station is scheduled to be constructed during the 2008-2009 <br /> DISTRICT fiscal year(May 1,2008-Apri130,2009.) <br /> 4. ESTIMATED PROJECT COST <br /> The following itemized list of Project Costs is included as a guide to estimate project <br /> expense: <br /> (a) Design of New K-Mart Pump Station $ 25,000 <br /> (b) Construction of New Pump Station $100,000 <br /> (c) Construction Engineering of New Pump Station $ 10,000 <br /> (d) Legal 3 000 <br /> Estimated Project Cost $138,000 <br /> T'his is strictly an estimate and due to uncertain economic conditions,the costs may vary <br /> greatly from this estimate. <br /> Upon bid opening,the DISTRICT will pmvide CITY with bid amounts and CITY will <br /> provide concurrence letter prior to DISTRICT entering into construction agreement. <br /> 5. FUNDING AND REPAYMENT <br /> The CITY will wholly fund this project. <br /> All actual expenses that arise from this project,including but not limited to professional <br /> services rendered by Bainbridge,Gee,Milanski and Associates and the DISTRICT will be <br /> invoiced to the CITY.T'he CITY agrees to reimburse the DISTRICT for invoiced expenses <br /> within fifteen(15)days of invoice. <br /> 6. SOURCE OF PAYMENT li <br /> The CITY hereby pledges its full faith and credit for the repayment of expenses incurred <br /> herein described. <br /> 7. CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN OF THE NEW K-MART PUMP STATION <br /> The DISTRICT will contract with the firm of Bainbridge,Gee,Milanski&Associates, <br /> Inc.of 1670 S.Taylorville Road,Decatur,Illinois,to design and provide plans and <br /> specifications for the New K-MART PUMP STATION. See attached Exhibit'B' <br /> 8. CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF THE NEW K- <br /> MART PUMP STATION <br /> The DISTRICT will,upon completion and acceptance of plans and specifications for the <br /> New K-MART Pump Station,contract with the firm of Bainbridge,Gee,Milanski& <br /> Associates,Inc., 1670 S. Taylorville Rd.,Decatur,Illinois 62521,for construction <br /> supervision of subject project. See attached Exhibit'C' <br /> The District agrees,in construction of the pump station,to require compliance with all <br /> municipal, state,and federal laws,including but not limited to,Prevailing Wage laws. <br /> 9. INSURANCE <br /> The Sanitary District agrees to require the contractor for the New K-MART PUMP <br /> STATION Project to indemnify and hold the CITY, its agents,officials,and employees <br /> AGREE-2 <br />
