Richard Marley will be in <br /> attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: <br /> Funding for these services is currently budgeted in the City's Water Operating Fund. <br /> The engineering contract for design is anticipated to begin immediately after the award and <br /> should be completed within 6 months. <br /> Staffing Impact: <br /> This is an ongoing project and staff will continue to rovide oversi ht. <br /> P g <br /> This memorandum was prepared by Richard Berard, Water design Civil Engineer.
