R2008-218 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> 456 WEST WOOD STREET <br /> CDBG FUNDING FY 2008/2009 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur and Neighborhood Housing Development Corporation regarding CDBG funding for <br /> property located at 456 West Wood Street be, and is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That Subject to the approval of the United States Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development, that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign, seal and attest said Agreement in Substantially the form presented to Council <br /> herewith, on behalf of the City, provided that the cost to the City regarding rehabilitation of 456 <br /> West Wood Street shall not exceed $20,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008. <br /> CHAEL T.
