The tenns defined in the preamble are adopted for the purposes of this <br /> Resolution. <br /> _` <br /> � 2, Authorization to Enter into the A�reement and Operate the Veterans' <br /> � . MCC Proaram. <br /> The Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, any Assistant E�ecutive <br /> or an <br /> Director, or the General Counsel are each authorized to execute the Agreemer�t, y <br /> other documents, with the City that may be necessary to effectuate the Agr'eement and <br /> operate the Veterans' MCC Program on the terms and conditions substantially as set forth <br /> in the Agreement, including such additional tenns and conditions as they deem to be in <br /> the best interest of the Authority. <br /> 3.
