R2008-198 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID <br /> -ANDERSON BACKHOE— <br /> CITY PROJECT—0809-27J <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of the bid received for furnishing demolition of property <br /> (1348 Parkwood Place), City Project 0809-27J presented herewith be, and it is hereby, received, and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Anderson Backhoe be accepted and a purchase order be awarded <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
