Edward. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. Joshua Carter is the owner of the <br /> property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727.
