That the Treasurer and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute Corporate Deposit Account Resolutions, ACH Funds transfer agreements and <br /> wire transfer agreements, listing the information contained herein, for each of said designated <br /> depositories. <br /> Section 4. That this resolution will continue in full force and effect until the designated <br /> depository receives notice in writing from the City Clerk of the revocation thereof by a <br /> resolution duly adopted by the Council. <br /> Section 5.
