D. Request the District to conduct on-site soil erosion and sediment control as <br /> well as long term storm water inspections as described in this Memorandum. <br /> E. Cooperate with the District to provide information as needed, to MS4 officials, <br /> developers, consultants, builders, contractors and others. <br /> F. Assume administrative responsibilities for MS4 employees or officials <br /> involved in carrying out the provisions of this Memorandum. <br /> G. Agree to provide a point of contact from each MS4 to the District to expedite <br /> the paperwork involved. <br /> H. Provide the District with the locations of existing detention basins. <br /> IV. DUTIES OF THE DISTRICT: <br /> District hereby agrees to: <br /> A. Abide by all applicable provisions of federal, state, and local legislation <br /> dealing with items contained in this Memorandum. <br /> B. Utilize appropriate and accepted technical references to provide conservation <br /> practice standards and specifications for structural and vegetative measures that are <br /> recommended to address recognized natural resources related concerns. <br /> C. Review construction plans and provide on-site inspections during the active <br /> construction phase to determine whether site development is in compliance with the <br /> approved plan and ordinance requirements and determine adjustments needed to the � <br /> approved plan. After construction has been completed, determine whether permanent site <br /> stabilization has been achieved and identify operation and maintenance needs. Make sure <br /> storm water plans are implemented and functioning. <br /> D. Provide a yearly spot check inspection of 25% of completed subdivisions to <br /> make sure storm water applications are still functioning as planned and provide a report <br /> of its findings to the MS4. <br /> E. Consult with land developers, consultants, city officials, builders and <br /> contractors concerning the design criteria, installation and maintenance procedures and <br /> other information regarding conservation practices recommended under the provisions of <br /> this Memorandum. <br /> F. Provide technical advice and assistance as requested by the employees of the <br /> MS4's regarding the conservation, wise use and development of natural resources under <br /> their control. <br /> 4 <br />
