<br /> Re: Termination of Memoranaum of Understanding
<br /> WHEREAS, on or about the 14th day of August, 2008, an undated Memoramium
<br /> of Understanaing was entered into by and Uetween the City ot Decatur, Village of
<br /> Forsyth, County of Macon, Village of Mt. Zion, and the Macon County Soil and Water
<br /> Conservation District, regarding mutual planning ana implementation of ineasures to
<br /> protect soil, water and other natural resources.
<br /> WHEREAS, Section II, Subsection D of said Memorandum of Understanding
<br /> provides that "Any party may terminate this Memorandum, by senaing thirty (30) days
<br /> written notice by first class mail to the other parties."
<br /> WHEREAS, on March 10, 2011, the Macon County Board approved Resolution
<br /> No. H-1762-3-11 terminating the aUove-referenced Memorandum of Unaerstanaing.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, please be advised that the Memorandum of Understanding
<br /> entered into by ana between the City of Decatur, Village of Forsyth, County of Macon,
<br /> Village of Mt. Zion, and the Macon County Soil and Water Conservation District is hereby
<br /> terminated, effective thirty (30) days from the date of this Notice.
