Budget Impact: Funding for the 300 Block North Water Street Plaza project and light <br /> purchase will come from the Planning Fund which will be reimbursed in full later this Fiscal <br /> Year from the Olde Towne TIF. The recommended low bid amount is $257,036.57 for the <br /> project and $15,342.00 for lights. <br /> 2.
