Marley, P.E., Director of Engineering & <br /> Infrastructure, at 424-2747. <br /> Greg Crowe, Richard Marley, and Phil Cochran will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to <br /> answer any questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> 1. Budget Impact: Funding for the 300 Block North Water Street Plaza project and light <br /> purchase will come from the Planning Fund which will be reimbursed in full later this Fiscal <br /> Year from the Olde Towne TIF. The recommended low bid amount is $257,036.57 for the <br /> project and $15,342.00 for lights. <br /> 2. Staffing Impact: The Capital Improvement Plan has allocated stafftime for managing the <br /> project. <br /> The project is scheduled to begin within 10 days of City Council authorization and will be <br /> substantially completed by the middle of December, 2008. <br /> Prepared by: Reviewed by: <br /> Matthew C.
