R2008-160 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> BAINBRIDGE, GEE, MILANSKI & ASSOCIATES <br /> PHASE 1 SANITARY SEWER MASTER PLAN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the Phase I of the Sanitary Sewer Master Plan <br /> presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski & <br /> Associates, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
