<br /> Storefront— The main level has been reconstructed in the last 30 years with painted plywood panels and fixed
<br /> wood frame windows. The wood panels and glazing on the front are in good condition. The idea that we propose

<br /> Front door—The door is a solid core flush wood door with a large glass panel. The wood entrance door will be
<br /> repainted to match the color scheme. The hardware will be upgraded as needed.
<br /> Cast iron lintel —The cast iron beam over the storefront will be painted to the new color scheme
<br /> Canvas awning —The existing awning's shape is not historically correct. A rectangular closed frame awning will
<br /> be installed that extends to the bottom of the cast iron lintel.
