Exhibit D <br /> INSURANCE <br /> Paragraph 5.05 of the Agreement is amended and supplemented to include the following agreement of the Parties. <br /> Section 1 -Workers Compensation Insurance <br /> ADS shall carry a standard Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability Policy on all its employees subject to <br /> statutory limits of the applicable Worker's Compensation Act. <br /> Section 2-Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance <br /> ADS agrees to carry a Commercial Automobile Liability Policy providing bodily injury liability,on an occurrence <br /> basis and property damage liability on an accident basis. The policy shall protect ADS against all liability arising <br /> out of the use of owned or leased automobiles,both passenger and commercial. Limits of liability for Commercial <br /> Automobile Liability Insurance shall be One Million Dollars($1,000,000)Combined Single Limit. <br /> Section 3-Commercial General Liability Insurance <br /> ADS agrees to carry a Commercial General Liability Policy providing bodily injury coverage on an occurrence <br /> basis,and property damage coverage on an accident basis,and including completed operations,independent <br /> contractors,and contractual liability coverage. Limits of liability for Commercial General Liability Insurance shall <br /> be:$1,000,000 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage,$1,000,000 products completed operations <br /> annual aggregate and$1,000,000 general aggregate. <br /> Eachibits ADS Environmental Services <br />
