Church <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Anderson <br /> Backlloe to remove asbestos if required, do necessary plumbing and demolish the property at <br /> 1239 N. Church. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. Macon County Trustee is the owner of <br /> the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg Crowe will be at the council meeting <br /> to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $9200 from the demolition fund. <br />
