R2008-104 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br /> AN ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR <br /> WATER SYSTEM CAPITAL ASSETS —HIGH LEVEL ANALYSIS <br /> AND RISK ASSESSMENT FOR REINVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the Engineering Services Agreement for water system capital <br /> assets—high level analysis and risk assessment for reinvestment requirements with Black <br /> & Veatch Corporation, be accepted and a contract be awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized <br /> and directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Black & <br /> Veatch Corporation, for engineering services at a lump sum fee of$39,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 7�' day of July 2008. <br /> . � <br /> MIC AEL T.
