FOR STARCOM 21 ADD-ON <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposal presented to the City Council regarding Starcom 21 Add-On <br /> is hereby accepted and that the User Agreement, System Management Agreement, and <br /> Communications System Agreement between the City of Decatur and Motorola, Inc., be, and <br /> it is hereby, received, placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2.
