� R <br /> RESOLUTION NO. R2008-77 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURE <br /> EMERGENCY SEWER REPAIR <br /> ALLEY BEHIND 236 N. DENNIS & W. WILLIAM STREETS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Emergency Sewer Repair in the alley behind 236 North Dennis and <br /> West William Streets, performed by Entler Excavating Co., Inc., be, and the same is hereby, <br /> approved and said payment be made in the amount not to exceed $9,891.83. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 3.
