This Lease shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the <br /> State of Illinois. <br /> J. Attorney Fees. In the event that either party should find it necessary to retain an <br /> attorney for the enforcement of any of the provisions hereunder, occasioned by the default of the <br /> other party, the party not in default shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and court <br /> costs incurred whether said attorney fees are incurred for the purpose of negotiation,trial, <br /> appellate, or other legal services. <br /> K. Recording. The parties agree that this Lease or a memorandum thereof may be <br /> recorded in the Macon County Recorder's Office upon the request of either party.
