-�- <br /> Notwithstanding, if there are any changes required by state or federal laws that are solely <br /> applicable to county health departments,the Board and County covenant and agree that they will <br /> promptly cause to be made any and all changes or alterations in and about the Leased Premises <br /> which are required to be made solely beca.use of the Board's use of the Leased Premises as the <br /> health department. <br /> Section 9: Existing Contracts <br /> The Commission shall not be required to assume,pay for, or abide by any existing <br /> contracts that the Board currently has in place regarding the facility or its operation and <br /> maintenance. Examples aze, but not limited to, electrical/gas service, elevator maintenance <br /> agreements, water/sewer service, chemical addition systems,phone systems or usage payments. <br /> SECTION 10: Monthlv Financial Statements <br /> The Commission will provide the Board with a copy of monthly financial statements <br /> showing Lease related expenses and payments. <br /> SECTION 11: Miscellaneous <br /> A. This Lease shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective parties <br /> hereto,their successors and assigns. <br /> B. Amendments hereof shall be made upon the written agreement of the Boazd,the <br /> Commission and the County. <br /> C. Any notice necessary or proper to be given to any of the parties hereto may be served <br /> on the Commission by delivering such notice to the Manager of the Commission and to the <br /> Board and County by delivering such notice to the Administrator of the Board by depositing a . <br /> duly executed copy in the United States mail by registered or certified mail. <br />
