�d: ���� ����m �'�� <br /> East of the 3`d P.M., as per Plat recorded in Book 1575, page 130 of the records in <br /> the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, except the North 228 feet <br /> thereof. <br /> AND <br /> Parcel 5: Lot Three (3) of County Clerk's Subdivision of the Southeast 1/4 of the <br /> Northeast '/a of Section Nine (9), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) <br /> East of the 3`d P.M., as per Plat recorded in Book 1575, page 130 of the records in <br /> the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, less and except that part thereof <br /> conveyed to the City of Decatur, Illinois by deed dated October 6, 1970 and <br /> recorded October 28, 1970 in Book 1684 on page 379, <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District and B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District to M-1 <br /> Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR.DAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from <br /> R-3 Single Family Residence District and B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District to M-1 <br /> Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein <br /> set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and <br /> verified on the Zoning District Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said <br /> Districts be, and they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 19th day of October, <br /> 2015. <br /> �/'��,�,;� � �� <br /> !
